Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This policy explains how New England Ticket Management collects and uses information submitted through our website and our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, team or event, seat location, tickets you may want to sell, pricing preferences, and preferred call time. We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, team, and details about the games and seats you want to sell. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss our ticket-management service. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy. Submitting an inquiry does not list your tickets or commit you to using our service.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can help.
- To explain, provide, and manage services you agree to receive.
- To maintain business records and protect the website from misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Website measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement,” we also use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which ads lead to successfully submitted inquiries. Google may receive page and browser information, advertising click identifiers and a submission event, and use advertising measurement cookies. We do not send your name, email, phone number or ticket details in this event, and do not enable enhanced conversions or personalized advertising in this installation. You can decline without affecting the form, or change your choice using Cookie preferences. We do not load this optional tag when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Declining later stops future measurement; cookies already stored can be removed in your browser settings.
We count page views and successful inquiry submissions in hourly totals to understand website activity. Page-view totals include the page visited and a broad referral category, such as search or social media; we do not store full referring URLs or search terms. This measurement does not use cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, or store IP addresses or contact details in analytics. Repeat views may be counted more than once. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement. Information you submit through the inquiry form is handled separately as described above.
How information may be shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and business, when required by law, or with ticket issuers and marketplaces as needed to provide services you have agreed to receive.
Account information and security
Do not submit ticket-account passwords through this website. Our standard process uses the ticket issuer's official transfer feature for the specific tickets you agree to have us sell. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and any legal or recordkeeping obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, call or text (617) 435-8426. Some records may need to be retained as required by law or legitimate business needs.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date above shows the most recent update. Questions may be directed to (617) 435-8426.
