What happens if my tickets do not sell?
You do not owe our 10% management fee. No sale is guaranteed, but we monitor the market and discuss pricing with you before and during the listing.
Can I take a ticket back if I decide to go?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the ticket has not sold, we can remove the listing and transfer it back to you after we confirm it is off the market. A completed sale cannot be canceled.
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes. Tell us the lowest price you would accept. We will explain how that price compares with the current market before anything is listed.
Could resale affect my season-ticket account?
Every team, venue, and ticket platform has its own rules. We review the available delivery method with you, but we cannot guarantee that resale activity will never affect an account. Your tickets remain subject to the issuer's terms.
Is my account information safe?
Never enter a password in this website form. Our standard process is for you to transfer only the tickets we agree to sell using the official ticket-transfer feature. We explain every step before you agree.
How is my payout calculated, and when will I get paid?
Our management fee is 10% of the ticket sale price. Any marketplace selling fee is separate. After your tickets sell and are successfully delivered to the buyer, we send your payout within 24 hours, together with a calculation showing the sale price and each fee.
