These terms apply to your use of this website. Submitting an inquiry does not require you to hire New England Ticket Management and does not create a ticket-management agreement.
Website information and inquiries
The website provides general information and a way to tell us which tickets you may want to sell. Submitting the form does not list or transfer any tickets. Services begin only after both sides agree to separate written terms.
Your tickets and authority
You must own the tickets you submit or have authority to sell them. You are responsible for providing accurate ticket, seat, event, and account information and for telling us promptly if anything changes.
Fees, sales, and payout timing
Our management fee, any marketplace fees, and the payout calculation will be disclosed in the written service terms. Unless those terms say otherwise, our management fee is 10% of the ticket sale price and applies only to sold tickets. Marketplace fees are separate. After a ticket sells and is successfully delivered to the buyer, we send the client's payout within 24 hours, together with a calculation showing the sale price and each fee.
No guarantee of sale or price
Ticket demand and market prices change. We do not guarantee that a ticket will sell, the price it will receive, the timing of a sale or payout, or any particular return.
Issuer and marketplace rules
Tickets remain subject to the rules and terms of the team, league, venue, ticket issuer, and marketplace. Available listing and delivery methods vary. We cannot guarantee that resale activity will never affect a ticket account.
Withdrawals and completed sales
Under the separate written agreement, clients transfer the specific approved tickets to an account controlled by New England Ticket Management before those tickets are listed. While we hold a ticket, do not use, transfer, or list it elsewhere. You may ask us to remove an unsold listing; after we confirm it is off the market, we will transfer it back. A completed sale cannot be canceled.
Account information
Never enter a ticket-account password in the website inquiry form. Our standard process uses the ticket issuer's official transfer feature for the specific tickets covered by the written agreement.
Independent business
New England Ticket Management is an independent ticket-management and resale business. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any team, league, venue, college, marketplace, or other ticket issuer.
